Colm, Rosa and Gerry spend some time at the nearly finished MUGA in Cuckoo Park
Since taking control of Ealing Council in May 2006, the Conservative adminstration has spent over £25M resurfacing 400 road and renewing over 175 footpaths.
The council is committed to seeing that this good work continues and this year will invest a further £6.5M in our roads.
In Hobbayne the following roads will be resurfaced:
Beechmount Avenue, Dryden Avenue and Studland Road.
Cuckoo Lane and the access road to Ditchley Court are due to have their pavements renewed.
Cllr Rosa Popham Said: “By carefully managing our resources, not only has our administration achieved four years of below inflation increase on Council Tax, but we have also been able to improve services for our residents. In three years we have invested more than double in the borough’s roads and footpaths than Labour spent in the whole of their twelve years in power. Despite the harsh economic climate, this extra funding yet again prove that
Conservatives deliver Value for Money!”.
